I have a pair of pottery bookends in the shape of eagles with the number 333 incised on the bottom. Some one on the eBay pgp discussion board was kind enough to identify them as being produced by Red Wing for Rumrill in approximately the 1930's with reference to Red Wing Art Pottery book by Reiss. This kind person also told me that colors other than matte white in these bookends are less common. My set is in nice condition and undamaged and a lovely turquoise aqua color - I would love to know if there was an official name for this glaze and color. Any help is greatly appreciated.
