I have been eyeing a Rum Rill pitcher with handle at my local antique store. It is brown and orange speckeled and has rum rill and I believe 704 stamped on the bottom. I am sure of the rum rill, but not the number. It is for sale for $40.00. I love it, but the glaze is irregular at the base. like it was pushed up when drying on two sides, so there are little ridges there. ( I hope that makes sense) I was wondering if $40.00 is a good price or if it is too much based on the problem with the glaze?
