Ronald -- After viewing the pictures I was of the opinion that this was not a Red Wing/RumRill piece for a couple of reasons. First I have never seen that glaze on a Red Wing vase. Second the incised number on the bottom was not like Red Wing markings. I decided to see if it was in Ray Reises book 1 and sure enough it was but not in that glaze. It was introduced by Red Wing in 1933 and is valued at from $35 to $55.
