Dear Sirs: Recently I saw a nice 30 gallon Red Wing crock at a yard sale. It had no cover but it looked to be in good shape, no hairlines and maybe just the smallest in chips. It was not the style with the wire loop handles but had the handles casted in to the sides and had 4 birch leaves on the front rather than the "red wing". I'm wondering what would be a fair price and also if the birch leaf style are more or less expensive than the red wing style? The owner said she had been told that a crock of this style with 4 birch leaves instead of 3 is rare; I wasn't sure. Can you please tell me? Thank you.
