Wally is correct. For Concord patterns with solid- color accessory pieces (such as Blossom Time), the teapot and sugar bowl covers have a bit of the handpainted design. But all of their beverage server covers are white with a dark stripe down the middle -- thus the covers are interchangeable between these patterns. I'd guess this was done because the beverage server covers are small and didn't provide much surface area to paint the design.
