Psaunders5 --- "Kashmir" is a pattern in the "Like China" shape that Red Wing introduced in 1964. Basically it is the same as the "True China" shape but instead of China Clay Red Wing used Pottery Clay. I think you need to remeasure that plate, it should be 10 inch or 7 inch. The tidbit tray that you have was not made in the Red Wing factory but in the Sales Room across the street. They have been made with plates and bowls in many combinations. I purchased one in Eastern Washington made from all 3 plate sizes. It cost me $2.00. I feel when you drill a hole in a Red Wing plate it is the same as having a broken plate.
