I came across a bailed handle 1 gallon advertising jug but it has a spout as well the regular top spout. Looking through RW books I found the "Field or Monkey Jug - 1 gallon only" shown on page 158 in the "Red Wing Potters & Their Wares" book. This page is a 1930's "catalog" of Red Wing. I have never seen this style jug before and I am wondering if it is very common. If anyone knows of these jugs I'd love to hear about them. Thanks for your time, Tina
