Desertdawgmkt -- M-1529 was designed by Charlie Murphy and was introduced by Red Wing in 1956. It is a 12 inch tall vase that is ribbed top to bottom and is valued at from $75 to $95. The picture in the book is fleck yellow so I would imagine yours is fleck blue.
