I have a artwork bowl with a pattern of oak leaves and acorns. The top dia. is approx. 4 3/8", bottom is 3 1/2", middle of bowl is 5 1/4". The decorated band is 1" wide with the acorns and oak leaves. The distanced from one lak leaf to the other is 4" and there are 4 sets of leaves and acorns. Under the decoration is a narrow solid band about 1/8" to 1/4" wide. Under the solid band are vertical lines 1/8" wide that look like wavy grass blades, maybe? There are approx. 60 of these lines. There is an 1/8" foot on bottom of the bowl. Inside is a green glaze. Outside is med. tan clay that has a matte green over wash allowing the clay designs to stand out. The wash highlights the background, leaf veins and inside area of the wavy lines. The bottom of the bowl is stamped in blue ink, inside the circle is printed Red Wing (second line) Union (third line) Stoneware Co. (forth line) Red Wing (fifth line) Minn. The top Red Wing curves along top and the Minn. curves along bottom. I truly hope this discription is enough. Question-What is the bowl used for, what year (I think 1917-1918)value ( it's in great shape. Please Help
