Since the T-67 is a UK training plane, and the Slingsly specs are not available to us, (nor do I have the manaul for this particular aircraft handy), its impossible to figure. I don't know the flap dimensions, angle deflections and vorticies calculations, If you could provide that information, I could probably give you the answer you are looking for.
