Kiki -- Red Wing really liked the word "Provincial". It used it first in 1941 with the introduction of 4 patterns named after four provinces in France. Then in 1943 they came out with the "Provincial Oomph"(Bakeware 3)that resembles "Country Fair" (NOT Red Wing) with the brown and green. Then in 1963 they came out with "Provincial 1963"(Cooking Ware)that had a rust bisk outer finish and glazed on the inside with a rust color smooth glaze. The Oomph casserole (3 sizes) is valued at from $30 to $50 and the Provincial 1963(5 sizes) is valued at from $15 to $40
