Ahem Bruce? (Not sure how the names of the individuals involved got into this post). If you read the post, you will see I identified myself as "The Dealer in Minnesota" ( Guess it has been the unwritten rule to keep the personal comments out of this forum. If you did not understand it before, try to follow it in the future.) So now there are unwritten rules? I see.

(I think Wally's advice is sound in a general way.) Thats fine, but he didn't even come close to answering her question. (The post office will do most anything not to pay just like almost every insurance company. If you have a reasonable complaint, asking to talk to someone besides the local yokel might help.) Well duh! Thats exactly what she did and it didn't do any good, did YOU read her post?

(Those of us that buy lots of red wing over the internet are burned when we recieve damaged items more often than not.) Now that sounds like a personal problem. I've boughten tons of RW/RR over the internet and have only had 1 problem in 6 years. ( Those who are trying to propose that ALL the sellers are above board are fooling no one but themselves.) I don't believe anybody said that. (Those of us that buy know no matter how much we plead, how many suggestions we make for checking for damage, roughly 25% of those items bought on the net arrive with undisclosed damage.) Again, this is a personal problem-read above comment from me again. You didn't state where you are getting your statistics from.

(The old potteries did not make rolling pins.) That comment doesn't even justify responding to. ( If you are selling the ones made recently you should state it clearly in the ad. This goes for all the stuff made by the little factory north of Red Wing.) For your information Bruce, everything I've sold from the new potteries has happily gotten a new home and if you look at my feedback everyone is very pleased with their new items- I didn't get 1797 positive feedback by scamming people. I can appreciate you wanting to stick up for Wally-but if your having that many so called problems on eBay-you better find another venue. eBay is for the real collectors.
