Christine -- Your best bet is to go to the nearest Postal Inspector and explain your plight. If the USPS is still holding your rolling pin they should pay you for it, but try the Postal Inspector first. Red Wing never made a rolling pin so if it was sold to you as antique you may have that dealer for postal fraud.
