Can any one of you gentlemen tell me some of the history, or any pertinent information, on this precious piece? It is "country" blue in color, stands approximately 6 & 1/2 inches tall. A little girl stands next to the vase section, holding flowers, ponytail off to one side. What is her story? Appreciate your time. Oh, #1345, as well.
