5 gallon open top funnell bottom in a forged metal hanging thing

We have a 5 gallon container that is inside a forged metal cage like thing that has a handle for hanging. It has an open top and a funnell shaped bottom. On the side it has a large 5 with a large red wing underneath the 5. Then it has an oval shape with RedWing union Stoneware Co. Red Wing Minn. Can you tell me anything about this?
