Jim - The number 931 was used twice by Red Wing. Once in 1939 and again in 1965. One is a bowl made like pedals of a flower and about 8 inches across and about 3 inches deep. This one is valued at from $40 to $55. The other one is a planter that is 10 inches in diameter with a 14 inch top' The top of the planter is a #930 and the base is #931. I would just guess that this one is made in 1965 and it is valued at from #60 to $80.
