K. Shehan-- In 1963 Red Wing came out with a line called bake and serve and in that set was 6 different sized Souffle` dishes ranging from 8 inch to 16 inch. If I guess right the wing on the bottom is black. About 1964 Red Wing introduced "Hotel & Restaurant China" to go with the Bake and Serve line. It was glazed in solid white or beige with flecks. Some was even trimmed in blue, yellow of green. The Large Lobster dishes were glazed orange. The Potteries was only in business for about 2 1/2 years longer so there arn't to much of that stuff around. The bowl you have is the 131/2 oval Souffle` and is valued ar from $25 to $35.
