On page 163 of "Red Wing Potters & Their Wares" You show cap bowls and in the Price Guide only show prices for signed bowls. What about prices for unsigned cap bowls? Also do all cap bowls have a 7A, 7B or 7C impressrd in the bottom? Thank you!
