I think this poor fellow thought it was necessary to hit the "Enter" key on his keyboard when typing a line of text into the "Your Question" box. It's (not so obviously) unnecessary to hit the “Enter” as the memo field on the entry form is set to auto-wrap your text. Hitting the “Enter” key is the last thing you want to do as that submits your post, whether that was the intent or not!
It's pretty obvious that he tried a couple times and then said, to heck with it! I certainly hope the user tries to post again with these tips in mind.
