I'd contact the babyfood folks. You might be able to get someone to put you in touch with the lid manufacturer. (When we did the Mason Jar commemmorative for the Red Wing Collectors Society back in 1983, or so, we wrote to the Ball and Kerr companies and found that, although the old fashioned zinc lids hadn't been produced for several years, there was a warehouse full of them right here in Milwaukee.)
