You ask whether $600 is a "ballpark figure". I believe that $600 is just about how much it cost the last time I took my family to the ballpark. Our daughter got a couple of "free" tickets for getting good grades. "Free" is Major League Baseball's word for, "Come on in, sucker!" Parking, a couple of additional tickets for the rest of the family, a couple of rounds of 6 oz of soda and 6 oz of ice in a 12 oz cup @ $1.50 each (this was several years ago; so, you can count on that having gone up!)... all of this to watch a bunch of vastly overpaid civil service employees (My tax money subsidizes their income, so I say that they are public employees.) I'd say that what I paid the LAST (and VERY LAST TIME, EVER. So help me, God!) time that I went to the ballpark was closer to $600 than to any reasonable figure for the quality of the performance presented by Bud Selig and his otherwise unemployable daughter's band of drug using loosers.
Thanks, I feel better now.
Oh, I don't do value appraisals on this site, because it would put me in competition with my own enterprise. There are published price guides that can be gotten for $2.00 through information on the Referance Page of this website. I will tell you, though that for 1/3 of 1% of the $600 offered, you would learn that the offer is at least a couple times what "ordinary" Red Wing beater jars sell for. That would make me suspicious that your item is not an ordinery beater jar, but perhaps is actually a "bowl", as you state in the title of your question. Is it possible to send a Photo?
