Caryl -- The bowl is called a consol bowl and it should have a number 526 on the bottom. The deer is #531 and it is a frog to hold flowers in the shallow bowl of water. That is what the holes in the base ae for. Bowl is worth $25 to $40 the Deer is valued at $25 to $45.
