I've been getting hints that it's taking quite a while to make a post to this discussion group and need everyone's feedback on how this can be resolved...
First question is: Does it seem to take longer for a message to be posted after you mash the "Hit Me Once To Post Message" button?
If it is taking longer, and you're troubled by this, I suspect the only resolution is to clear out some of the archives. My guess is that there are over 4000 individual posts to AW/G; each post constitutes an individual file on our server. I think the shear number of files is what's slowing us down.
The second question is: Is it OK to delete some of the archives? If this is fine with everyone then the solution is simple. If we need to retain the archives then I would entertain some suggestions as how we could accomplish this.
