Merrilee -- The first piece is called a nut bowl. It was designed for the Bob White pattern in the Futura shape but they also made some with out any pattern at all. On the second one you neglected to mention that it had a handle. It is a 3 piece relish dish in the Round-up pattern of the Futura shape. In the price guide it just leaves a question mark as per value.
