Gerry -- Provincial was introduced or should I say re-introduced in 1963. It was inroduced first in 1943. The piece you have is the sugar bowl but yu didn't mention a lid. The lid should be the same color as the interior of the sugar bowl.The set consisted of 25 pieces including lids.
