Kristi- I have no idea about how long Lexington was produced. Judging from the amount of that stuff around they must have made a lot if they only produced it for the three years you mentioned. The different markings obviously came from different runs that were made. There are no records as to how much was made and how long they made it so I can't give you a positive answer.
