I have a Chrysanthamum saucer-sized plate with a metal rod in the middle and a ring handle at the end of the rod. If this was a larger platter I could see it being used as a sandwich server or tid-bit tray, but this is so small I was wondering if there is a special use for it? Thanks. Regards, Mary
