Kscott8206 -- I thought I had a picture of your piece but I didn't. It is realy an ash tray that has a little piece that goes in the wide part and has a hole in it to drop the ashes in and when you put a cigarette in there it doesn't have enough oxygen and it goes out. One of the RWCS chapters made some as commemoratives and I think they still have them. Most of the originals don't have the little disk that goes in the top but if they are all together they sell for about $50.
