I have a small piece, almost 3 inches tall, of brown high glaze sample of sewer pipe. i don't know if it is suppose to be a pencil holder or what. On the front incised is the wording Redwing SewerPipe Co Redwing Minn. Any help on age and value would be greatly appreciated.
