I hadn't been able to answer all the posts on the site for a couple of days, but Rose E-mailed me directly, so she has had my answer since Thursday night. The umbrella stand is brushed ware, but not in a known Red Wing design. Red Wing made brushed ware umrella stands which had square-cornered panels on the side. (See pages 159 & 167 of Red Wing Potters & Their Wares) Rose's has rounded panels. Robbinson-Ransbottom, whose wares are sold by the Red Wing Pottery Sales Room's Garden Shop, was making brushed ware umbrella stands with rounded panels as recently as two years ago and possibly has for a very long time. We've related before that Robbinson-Ransbottom Pottery Co. began making brushed ware at about the same time that Red Wing did, sometimes using identical designs. While we've see old, as well as new examples of "Stag" lobby jars and upturned leaf flower pots from R-RPCo, which are identical in design to known Red Wing products, we've not seen square panelled R-RPCo umbrella stands, nor rounded panel Red Wing pieces.
