CH -- The seal you have is probably one of the seals made for Rumrill and with that number it could have been made from 1933 to 1937 when Red Wing was being made at Red Wing. The #330 seal was a little bigger than the #941 seal planter that Red Wing produced in 1966. It is not a test piece nor is it rare. There are a quite a few on the market but few have the glass balls that were originally filled with small colored marbles.
