Lou -- In 1935 Red wing came out with their first set of dishes called the Gypsy Trail line that was popular into the 40's. The plates you have are from the Cheveron pattern and the tumblers you have, should have a wooden handle on them as they are actually mugs and they came in two sizes, 7 oz and 10 oz. The sets came in 5 colors, Orange, Royal Blue, Yellow, Turquoise and Ivory.
