Joe, I've always thought of water coolers as being either "Large Wing" or "Small Wing" before I break them down into other categories. Now, this method might be highly logical, empirical and practical or, meaningless, arbitrary and foolish, but that's the way that I've always thought about it. I've seen more of the small wing type with "normal" wings than the "pantry jar" type, so you might as well say that the pantry jar wings are rarer than the others. I'm sure that someone would pay more for a cooler with a pantry jar wing than the ordinary one, but I think that more people would pay even a greater premium for the large wing variety.
