David.-- It sounds like you have 3 test saucers. The fact that they get darker in numerical order indicates they were working on a glaze. It might be just a new batch of glaze or it may be that they were trying out a new glaze. They were left bisk on the bottom so they could write on them with a pencil. I don't know of anyone that collects that type of piece and there isn't enough on the market to establish a value. Just what ever you can negotiate.
