What information do you have regarding a Red Wing vase number 950, at least I think it is 950. It has a matte royal blue glaze on exterior and interior. I can't find any information on this piece or another piece I gave to my mother--a slender pitcher with a speckled exterior with two painted birds and a solid cream interior (this piece is in Chicago, so I am going by memory).
