Allynn - Look closley and you should find "Made in Japan" some where on the shakers. Red Wing only made Mugs, a salad plate, a fish dish, a Butterfly ashtray and mug made for their Fogcutter drink. The mugs in Ray Reiss's book show copywrite in 1963. After that the company went overseas for their pottery pieces.
