Ken-- A lid on a 252 will not improve the value of a Red Wing piece because Red Wing didn't have lids. The ones with lids are Rumrill and I realy have no idea of the value of the piece with a lid. I would make a guess that it would improve the value by $40 but only if you are a Rumrill collector.
