Thanks for your detailed response. As I read your answer and then re-read my question it became clear that I had not been clear before (if that makes any sense). For the 7A cap bowl I meant that the mold has the one horizontal band. The bowl itself is solid blue top to bottom. Sorry about any confusion. Does that change the answer?
