I don't know whether I can give you ALL the information about green leaves on 2-gallon jars, but I can give you all that I know. I've never heard of such a thing. Blue or black are the two choices I know of. It is possible for a variant to exist with green leaves, as the factories produced advertising ware in green, red and brown, as well as the familiar blue or black. Colors other than blue or black on advertising ware are rare, however. Colors other than blue or black on leaves are so rare that I've never heard of them, but I'm not gonna bet that it never happened. I do own a 2-gallon "elephant-ear" leaf-decorated jar and have heard of a couple others which have a distinct green tint to the usually gray-white body glaze. I believe that these might have been created by pranksters placing pennies in the kiln. It is feasible that the copper vaporized in the heat and tinted the ware that caught the draft, similar to the way salt vapors interact to produce salt-glazed ware.
