Have a 4 gallon crock with target.  Is this Red Wing?  Value?

I recently purchased a crock with a salt glaze outside and a dark brown glaze inside. It has handles molded to the sides, and has a cobalt target under a "4". It also has a petal-formed lid in dark brown. I think this may be Red Wing, but don't know for sure, since there are no other markings.

My question is: is this likely to be Red Wing? If so, I can't find any relevant value for it. What is your take on its value?
