I saw the same lid or one like it on E bay. It would not have been salt glazed because it was a bar handle lid. A red wing salt glazed lid with petals would have had a button top. Gary can correct me if I'm wrong but I think the bar handle would put it at least 15-20 years past the salt glaze era.
