Haven't seen this one until now. Today I received an e-mail, supposedly from eBay, offering to add $20 to my eBay account in return for completing a customer survey. Of course there is a link to the website where I would go to fill in the form. I forwarded the e-mail to eBay (send them to spoof@ebay.com) and received a reply that it was indeed a "phishing" scam. The tardy "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year" greeting at the end of the e-mail helped me realize this was a scam, but otherwise the e-mail was quite convincing. Beware!
