Jlh Unfortunately no I didn't. It was fairly easy to see though that it wasn't real. The Red Wing was small but very bright red. The oval was very faint and washed out blue. Just not the right colors. To me it looked like the wing and oval were stamped on top of the zinc glze after it was fired. And as it turned out it was. It just didn't look right and I think a serious collector of red Wing would have been "Very Suspect" and not fooled. The newbie or inexperienced collector may have been fooled though. Steve L.
