I think that larry is correct on this one. This wing stamp was used on quite a few of the end of the line/post strike saucers that are still sold at the pottery salesroom. Just a little information on end of the line, or post strike items. When it was voted to liquidate the potteries in '67 a few employees were called in to finish in-process wares. These items were not hand painted, but instead dipped in solid color glazes. Beige fleck was very common, in addition to the brown used on the base of the pompeii pattern. This is the source of many dinnerware items in odd-ball glazes today. Quite a few of these items are still available from the pottery salesroom such as solid orange ceremastone plates for 3.00 or saucers for a quarter.
