By chance did you have any luck in getting the candleholders at the Buy-It-Now price? Too bad this happened. There may yet be some good in this situation. As for postal insurance it varies greatly upon who you are dealing with. I can not deal with my local post office (Prior Lake) on any claim, they simply do not like to work with them and will make you jump through too many hoops. As a matter of fact Nick & Bonnie's postmaster (Winona) got into an argument with my local postmaster (Prior Lake) on a claim they decided was not complete, and in the end the Winona office paid the claim I filed in Prior Lake. If you have this problem it often times works to try another office as they can be much more pleasurable to work with- it helps a lot if one of the employees is a collector of some kind so they know your situation better.
