Hi Bonnie, This seems way too fishy!!! I never ask sellers to add insurance beyond the purchase price of a buy-it-now for this very reason. Been bit by the post office goons too though. Personally I like to take sellers for their word, but this one seems like a fraud, especially since they will not answer your emails. I would A. Request their contact information and give them a call. B. Report this to ebay. C. LEAVE THEM NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, very rarly had to do this but it is a way to inform other bidders of the scam. Watch out contacting other bidders as it may violate ebay rules.
