I am finding as many problems with sellers as with buyers. Mis-identified items. Undeclared damage and paying for things that I never get. That has happened twice in the last 6 months and ebay has been no help. Not that I expected much from them. I have gotten a better response from my US senator than I have from them. I guess its a sign of the times. Promise everything and deliver nothing then hide behind a policy and rules that mean absolutely nothing. Buyer beware I guess. Steve L.
