My name is Wyn Painter, proprietor of the W.A. Painter Pottery works in Kansas City.

I make custom hand turned advertising stoneware using historically correct
materials and techniques. Whether you have an organized club, own an Antique shop or Antique Mall, or you are a private collector, I can put advertising your business on a jug or crock just like the old stoneware.  I also make Christmas jugs every year. What a way to send Christmas cheer to a fellow collector by saying Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year on a piece of stoneware!

Each piece, because it is hand turned, will have it's own individual
characteristics and no two will be exactly alike, much like the old pieces
are.

Current products include minijugs in four sizes, crocks with ear handles, and Churns. I am working on other designs. All of these are available in blue
sponge, brown over white, or solid white.
