Thank you Byron for the great post. It seems to me you and I are on the same wave level and you also mentioned the same things I did earlier. The BOD doesn't need a formal proposal to alleviate the problems, all they have to do is read what the peons are saying. If they care enough about keeping the society alive and growing-things will change. (but its been going on so long, forgive me if I don't hold my breath) Many have let their feelings be known, now its up to them to do something about it. When I posted 2-3 years ago about my fiasco with Mid-Winter, Wally mentioned to me that the phone lines were humming-soI know for a fact the powers to be are reading this forum. To say I will be shocked if any of them actually acknowledge this fact is an understatement.
