Its the whole ATTITUDE of the RWCS that we are mad about. Period, the end. What in the World kind of "fix" is going to change that? There is not a damn thing we can do about changing someones attitude. No amount of fix it lists, standing up in a board meeting and spewing forth our displeasure (you see where that gets us even here, we are told to "go away") or writing a letter to the freakin president-NOTHING and I do mean nothing is going to change their attitude. The only thing we can do is get enough people to complain and write about their experiences via the only venue available to us and maybe some day a big ole hunk of stoneware will hit a board member in the head (figuratively speaking) and the group will wake up. All we are trying to do is throw that hunk soon enough before the attitude of the group dissolves the whole society.
